Being surrounded by these incredible peaks really puts life into perpective. What may feel like the eternity I spent staring up at these towering peaks is truly the blink of an eye in the lifespans of these mountains, glaciers, and land. Oh the stories. Mountains, millions of years old. A concept I can barely fathom. Nature is so beautiful and we are so lucky to be able to experience it in our lifetimes.
Hello there, I’m Varsha Punati. I would say I am and always have been a creative. I find beauty in the mundane, and my creative avenues stretch from graphic design to Indian classical dance to photography.
I find joy in capturing the moments in between. Movement is happening all around us at all times, and I try to bottle as many subtleties as I can with my lens.
I have been behind the camera since I was a child, taking pictures and learning from my mom. Now I will admit I wasn't a fan of sitting behind the camera as a kid, but it helped me develop my keen eye. A skill that I carry with me in all art forms I participate in.
